COVID-19 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

At SK Florist, we want to assure you that we are taking every precaution to ensure the health and safety of our clients. We are closely monitoring the situation and we regularly sanitize all workstations, shared spaces, and products.

DELIVERIES

Dwelling such as Bungalows, Detached or Semi-Detached homes, Town Home Deliveries:

To protect the recipient and our delivery person safety, we deliver your flowers at the door with no contact needed. We ring the doorbell to let your recipient know the flowers have arrived. We respect each other's time and expect that the recipient receive their arrangements in presence of the delivery driver.

SK Florist strongly recommends the recipient to ensure their presence at home to accept the delivery.

Condos/Apartment Deliveries:

Flowers can be left with the concierge or the recipient must be able to meet the delivery person in the lobby.

Please ensure the condo building accepts flower arrangements to be left at the concierge

Nursing/Senior Home Deliveries:

Flowers will be delivered at front desk. The recipient will be responsible to coordinate with the front desk for picking up their floral arrangements from them.

Request to Leave Order at Door:

SK Florist assumes no liability if customer chooses to opt for special delivery instructions, requesting delivery at doorstep, porch, or any such location where the arrangement is left unattended. However, SK Florist will be more than happy to serve if the customer assumes all the liability once the arrangement has been delivered as requested.

For guaranteed delivery at a specific time, you can leave a message during checkout. We will put all our efforts to accommodate your request.

DISCLAIMER

In the event of extreme weather conditions, the scheduled deliveries may get impacted and SK Florist will contact and notify the recipient about any delays and/or cancellation of such deliveries.
