Substitution Policy

Due to the current situation of COVID-19 or otherwise due to shortage of inventory and/or high volumes, the availability of flowers can change. SK Florist will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement as showcased online by implementing substitutions made up of equal or greater value.

These substitutions may include:

• The color of a certain flower or flowers
• Flower varieties

The utmost care and attention are given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.
